Booking and Payment

Minimum Rental: 3 nights.
Security Deposit: 2000 EUR, refundable after inspection.
Payment Method: Payments are processed via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur a fee.
Holidays and Special Events: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Liability

Jet Crust is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the EU.
